By using Rollercoaster Earth, you agree to these terms.

The service

Rollercoaster Earth is a browser-based coaster design, simulation, analysis, and sharing studio. Guest access and core simulation are provided without a subscription. Optional cloud and professional workflows may require an account or Studio Pro membership.

Concept tool, not engineering certification

Simulation, geometry, force, clearance, terrain, cost, and operational outputs are for concept development, education, visualization, and entertainment. They are not stamped engineering work, construction documents, survey data, safety certification, regulatory approval, or a substitute for qualified professional review. Do not build, fabricate, operate, or approve a ride solely from this service.

Your projects

You retain ownership of project content you create. You grant Brunner Concepts the limited rights needed to store, process, render, and transmit content when you use cloud sync or sharing. A person with an RCE2 link can open the project encoded in that link, so share only material you are comfortable disclosing.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account credentials secure. Do not misuse the service, violate law or third-party rights, probe or disrupt infrastructure, upload malicious content, or attempt to access another user's private projects.

Studio Pro

Studio Pro subscriptions renew at the cadence and price shown in Stripe Checkout until canceled. You can manage payment details and cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless Checkout or applicable law states otherwise. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, completed subscription periods are non-refundable.

Availability and third parties

The service may change, experience downtime, or discontinue a feature. Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Google, and other licensed providers apply their own terms to the services they process.

Ownership, warranty, and liability

Rollercoaster Earth software, brand, and original assets are owned by Brunner Concepts unless stated otherwise. The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brunner Concepts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
